It’s an expression that suits us well, except that we provide project management assistance (and not project management) with fees that are a little more modest than advertised in the article!
An ambitious project, fully in line with the need for urban adaptation to social and environmental changes. A source of pride for our agency.
After completing the plan-guide with the AIA Life Designer teams (2022), we assisted the project owner to move into the operational phase: awarding of project management contracts, financial arrangements, management of technical studies and planning.

The Quais du Wimereux project is part of the INTERREG North-West Europe partnership program, with its involvement in the“Cool Neighbourhoods” project. We took part in numerous meetings with our European partners to put the whole project together. At the same time, we helped the commune to prepare its application and budget for European subsidies.
COREM is the Project Management Agency for this project, for which the agency has mobilized all its expertise:

- Scheduling, construction management and coordination
- Operation set-up and feasibility
- Project management and operational, partnership and financial set-up
- Engineering consultation and civil society participation in projects
